About Martin Nussbaum

Based in New York City, Martin Nussbaum serves as principal of Slate Property Group, a full-service real estate investment firm that develops, builds, and manages a wide range of assets. This includes new developments and existing value-add investments comprising over 3,000 units across more than four dozen properties in the New York metropolitan area. In his role, Martin Nussbaum manages the firm's strategic operations and investment decisions.

Alongside his day-to-day work activities, Mr. Nussbaum maintains an active presence in various real estate groups in the New York area, including the Real Estate Board of New York and the Community Housing Improvement Program. He participates in a number or real estate events each year as a speaker and panel member. His other affiliations include membership in AICPA and the Young Presidents' Organization. Additionally, he supports nonprofit groups such as Friends of the Israel Defense Forces.
